These terms govern your use of ScaleVirtual's agency operations services, operated by Red Pacific Enterprises. By starting a trial or subscribing to a plan, you agree to them.
ScaleVirtual provides dedicated operations, administration, and back office support for agencies. Scope is agreed during onboarding and can be adjusted month to month. We work inside your existing tools and do not require any platform migration.
Every engagement can start with a 3 day trial at no cost. Plans are billed monthly in advance: $1,500 per month for Starter and $3,500 per month for Pro. There are no long term lock ins. You can change or cancel your plan effective at the end of any billing month.
We accept payment by bank transfer, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. Invoices are issued at the start of each billing month and are due on receipt.
On the Pro plan we commit to taking a minimum of 200 hours off your calendar in the first 30 days. If we miss that, your next month is free.
You agree to provide the access, context, and approvals reasonably needed to deliver the service, and to review work through the agreed reporting channel.
All client data, credentials, and business information are covered by our non disclosure commitment. Every team member works under a signed confidentiality agreement.
Our liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the month a claim arises. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved in good faith will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
