This started inside our own agency. ScaleVirtual is operated by Red Pacific Enterprises, and Red Dot Consultancy, our own agency, is where we first felt the problem. Running it taught us the hard way that the client work is rarely what breaks. The operations underneath it are: project coordination, bookkeeping, invoicing, hiring, follow ups, and the SOPs that hold it all together. That is where our founder hours were going, not into growth.
So we fixed our own operations first, built a dedicated team, put AI on the repetitive work, and gave every account one point of contact who owned outcomes. Once it was running for us, opening it up to other agencies was the obvious next step.
