Every engagement can start with a 3 day trial at no cost. You are only charged once the trial ends and you decide to continue. If you stop during the trial you owe nothing.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, at $1,500 per month for Starter and $3,500 per month for Pro. You can cancel effective at the end of the current billing month. There are no cancellation fees or lock ins.
On the Pro plan, if we do not take at least 200 hours off your calendar in the first 30 days, your next month is free.
If we materially fail to deliver the agreed scope in a given month, tell your point of contact within 14 days and we will refund the affected portion of that month's fee. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. Refunds are issued to the same method used for payment where possible.
Raise the issue with your dedicated point of contact or through the form on this site, and include the month and scope concerned. We aim to acknowledge every request within two business days.
